Accessibility statement
Accessibility statement
Livani municipality in accordance with the Ministers' Cabinet regulations of July 14, 2020 No. 445 "Procedure in which institutions post information on the Internet" (hereinafter - Regulation No. 445) undertakes to make its website accessible.
This accessibility statement applies to:
Livani municipality website https://visitlivani.lv/
The website has undergone a simplified accessibility assessment. The method used is the "Guidelines for assessing the impact of compliance with the accessibility requirements set for institutional websites and justifying the disproportionate burden" prepared by VARAM.
How accessible is this?
Visit Livani's website partially complies with regulation no. 445 for the following reasons.
Non-compliance with the requirements mentioned in regulations no. 445
- there is not enough contrast between the background, text and page elements;
- in the contact section the movement of the TAB key is not really logical
- after refreshing the page, all correctly entered information is saved in the form fields, except for sensitive data. The error message is not informative enough.
- as you enlarge the pages, the images and other visual elements also become larger
- content that moves does not fit because the moving content on the home page is larger than a quarter of the screen.
- alternatives and sufficient controls are not provided for multimedia content.
This website was last evaluated on 02.08.2021. The evaluation was carried out by Ilze Stivriška, former Tourism Specialist of Livani district, and Rolands Viļums, Project Manager of SIA KG DIZAINS.
The document certifying the evaluation is attached and has been electronically signed by Uldis Skreivers, executive director of Līvāni County Council
