Company slogan - We bake the old way. Founded in 2013, the owner is Aiga Valtere. The young woman organizes her company in a modern way:
• developed a logo to be familiar to customer;
• own bakery;
• own shop.
Produces bread and pastry products - pies, muffins, cookies and bread. Bread is baked in a wood-burning oven like in the old days. In addition to ordinary bread, rye or rye-wheat bread is also made with all kinds of additives, seeds, lard, carrots and in winter with garlic, sweet and sour, sweet and sour with raisins, apricots and plums. Flour is brought from Riga Dzirnavnieks and ZS Zemzari Miltu Bode.
Products can be purchased at Maxima and in street sales. Participated in the Riga FOOD exhibition with his production.
Aiga has a beautifully unbleached linen apron with an embroidered "Lievenhof" emblem. This name is associated with Baron Liven, who built a manor on the banks of the Dubna and Daugava several centuries ago.
The council of Livani district has appreciated the work of Aiga Valtere and nominated her for an award as a successful homemaker.
